Managing Director

Mr. Wilson is a Managing Director and leads the Corporate Finance practice in Houlihan Lokey’s Hong Kong office. His recent engagements include the sale of Bocom, a leading security integration business in Shanghai, and the sale of Honiton, an owner and operator of wind farms in Inner Mongolia. He also advised on the sale of Alaska Milk, the largest listed dairy company in the Philippines, and advised Sino Forest Corp. on the debt-for-equity conversion of US$1.8 billion of convertible and senior notes.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey’s Asia-Pacific team, Mr. Wilson worked in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, where he was involved in various mandates, including private and public sellside and buyside transactions. His engagements included the sale of H.B. Mellott Estate to Lafarge and the sale of HCC Industries to Ametek.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wilson worked in the corporate development group of Crown Castle International, where he executed U.S. and European telecommunication-related acquisitions. He also worked for Arthur Andersen, where his clients included energy, distribution, and real estate companies.

Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting from Trinity University. He received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
