Ms. Napolitano is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. She has extensive M&A experience across France, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Ms. Napolitano is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Ms. Napolitano was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. She joined GCA from the M&A team at Edmond de Rothschild in Paris, where she worked for five years. Before that, Ms. Napolitano worked in the corporate finance and M&A teams at Leonardo & Co. and Mediobanca.
Ms. Napolitano holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Naples Federico II in Naples and an M.S. in Finance from Luiss Business School in Rome.
