Mr. Pfeiffer is a Managing Director and Head of European Technology within Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Previously, Mr. Pfeiffer was a Managing Director and a member of the board of GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA as head of the Frankfurt office in 2012.
Prior to GCA, Mr. Pfeiffer spent more than 12 years at DC Advisory. He has extensive experience in corporate finance/capital markets and has successfully completed corporate finance transactions—including M&A, LBO, public takeovers, and fundraisings —across a broad range of industries in multiple European jurisdictions.
Mr. Pfeiffer holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (USA).
