    1. In the Inbox, click on the Outlook.com® “options” icon.
    2. Click on “More mail settings”.
    3. Under “Preventing junk email” click on “Safe and blocked senders”.
    4. Click on “Safe senders”.
    5. Enter the Houlihan Lokey email addresses listed above and click “Add to list >>”.

    Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013® Users

    1. Open your email message.
    2. On the “Home” tab, in the “Delete” group, click “Junk”.
    3. Click on “Never Block Sender”.

    1. Open your email message.
    2. Click on “Actions” from the menu bar.

    1. Go to “Mail Preferences” from the Mail menu.
    2. Go to the “Rules” tab.
    3. Select “Add Rule”.
    4. Name the rule, such as “Houlihan Lokey”.
    5. Create a rule that says: “If any of the following conditions are met: ‘From’ ‘Contains’” and paste in the Houlihan Lokey email address listed above.
    6. From the “actions” tab, select “Move message to mailbox Inbox”.

    1. Open your email message.
    2. Click on “Show Details” at the top of your email message.
    3. Hover mouse over the “From” address.
    4. Our email address is automatically placed in the email field in the “Add Contact” pop-up box.
    5. Add additional contact information.
    6. Click on “Add Contact”.
    7. Our email address will be automatically entered into your AOL® Address Book.
