book Mergers & Acquisitions: A
Practitioner’s Guide for Successful Deals, published by World Scientific
Publishing. Mr. Schwartzman examines and elucidates various elements of the due
diligence process in an M&A transaction, including key considerations, the
identification of red flags that could impair a transaction, and the importance
