Houlihan Lokey Appoints Anne Keating as Chair of Australian Operations

Experienced Director to Assist in Firm’s Continued Expansion in the Region

SYDNEY – April 24, 2015 – Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, has today announced the appointment of experienced director Anne Keating as chair of its Australian advisory operations.

Ms. Keating has over 20 years of experience as a leading independent director of public companies across multiple industries including health, insurance, wealth management, property and banking. She also has 14 years of experience on the advisory boards of international banks including ABN Amro and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Houlihan Lokey commenced its Australian operations at the start of 2015, hiring an experienced local management team to focus initially on corporate finance and restructuring matters for clients. As the longest serving non-executive director of Goodman Group, she has had oversight during the Group’s impressive global expansion. She is also a Governor of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation, which distributes and coordinates research funding to scientists, and a Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, where she has represented the NSW Government.
