Houlihan Lokey Advises EducationDynamics

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that EducationDynamics, a portfolio company of Prudential Private Capital and Muirlands Capital, has been acquired by Renovus Capital. The transaction closed on September 14, 2021.

Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, EducationDynamics is a leading adult higher education marketing and enrollment management services provider. EducationDynamics provides a comprehensive suite of mission-critical products and services to help schools find, enroll, and retain adult learners through its enrollment management services and inquiry generation segments. EducationDynamics’ customer base includes for-profit schools, commercially minded nonprofit schools, and traditional nonprofit schools.

This transaction represents another platform investment by Renovus Capital in the training and education space. EducationDynamics will receive strategic guidance, team expansion, and additional capital for continued acquisitions.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to EducationDynamics and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction. This deal further demonstrates Houlihan Lokey’s leading position in the training and education space, representing the fifth closed transaction in calendar year 2021.
