Houlihan Lokey Advises Maicom

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Maicom Services, LLC (Maicom), a portfolio company of Heritage Holding, has been acquired by Centerline Communications, LLC (Centerline), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (Audax).

Maicom designs, builds, and services networking facilities and data centers throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Since its founding in 1988, Maicom has grown organically and through acquisition to expand its platform, offerings, and capabilities across the data center services sector.

Maicom’s broad range of services include construction management, fiber design and installation, wireless/5G design and installation, DC power, AC power, HVAC, architectural, preventative and demand maintenance, emergency response, and network cabling.

Centerline is a leading professional services organization focused on the design, build, and maintenance of wireless and wireline network infrastructure. Audax acquired a controlling interest in Centerline in August 2021.

The acquisition by Centerline represents its first add-on acquisition under Audax ownership and will be used as the foundation of Centerline’s growing data center services platform.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Maicom and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction.
