Mr. Schultz is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. Previously, he was a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group in Los Angeles, where he specialized in financial restructuring, liability management, M&A, and financing transactions across numerous industries. Mr. Schultz is based in the firm’s Tel Aviv office.
Mr. Schultz has more than a decade of financial services experience. He has provided valuation opinions for businesses, equity interests, and intangible assets in many scenarios, in addition to advising debtors and creditors on a range of in-court and out-of-court restructuring, sale, financing, and de-SPAC transactions. Mr. Schultz’s notable transactions include Skillsoft, GTT Communications, LifeCare Health Partners, Corizon Health, and Ecoserv, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schultz was a senior consultant in Deloitte's Financial Advisory Services practice in New York City, where he specialized in forensic accounting, corporate investigations, and financial technology-related engagements.
Mr. Schultz graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in Accounting and with honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with an MBA in Finance.
