Ms. Hanjalic is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Tech+IP Advisory practice. She is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

She previously served as a Project Manager at Black Stone IP, a boutique investment bank focused on valuing and trading Tech+IP assets, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2017.

Ms. Hanjalic works on a wide range of projects, including IP strategy and transactions. Her previous experience includes internships at Aistemos, an IP and big data analytics start-up based in London, and Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), where she worked on patent assessments, valuation, and commercialization strategy engagements. She also held a prior position within procurement at Ericsson in Sweden.

Ms. Hanjalic holds a B.S. in Economics and Manufacturing and an M.S. in Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. The ICM education specializes in the intersection of technology, law, and business and is unique in its nature.
