Mr. Fauron is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Data & Analytics Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Fauron’s notable transactions since joining Houlihan Lokey include advising Five Arrows Principal Investments on its sale of Pirum to Bowmark Capital and advising Inflexion Private Equity on its acquisition of Times Higher Education from Tes Global.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Fauron worked for Deutsche Bank in London, having previously spent most of his career at Rothschild, where he focused on private and public deals in the healthcare (biotech) and consumer sectors.

While at Rothschild, Mr. Fauron’s notable deals included advising CCIP on the €30 billion merger of the Coca-Cola bottling assets in Europe; McCormick on its takeover bid for Premier Foods PLC; GI Partners on Cambian’s IPO on the London Stock Exchange; Klox on its joint venture with Leo Pharma; and Advent on the sale of Regina Maria to Mid Europa Partners.

Mr. Fauron graduated with a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESSCA Grande Ecole de Commerce and is a native French speaker.
