Mr. Sieber is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey‘s Financial Sponsors Group. He is responsible for covering financial sponsor clients in the DACH region. Mr. Sieber has more than a decade of experience in deal origination and private-equity-related services as well as covering major private equity clients in Europe. He is based in the firm‘s Frankfurt office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sieber was a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Transactions department at EY. While there, he was responsible for deal origination for large- and mid-cap private equity firms. Before that, Mr. Sieber was at Clifford Chance in Munich, where he was an Executive Manager in business development for private equity clients.
Mr. Sieber holds a Diploma in Economics, Law, and Sports from the University of Bayreuth.
