Bryce Stirlen


Mr. Stirlen is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. His primary responsibilities include providing investment banking, board advisory, valuation, and transaction opinion services. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Stirlen has over two decades of experience advising public and private clients on organizational restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, capital raising, assessing strategic alternatives, and complex corporate governance matters. 

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Stirlen has held various strategic and corporate finance roles with General Electric Capital Corp., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan.

Clients advised by Mr. Stirlen include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, Pepsi Americas, ATK, Honeywell, Dana, Ferrari USA (Fiat), Windsor Quality Foods, Helen of Troy, Michael Foods, Pinnacle Foods, Birds Eye Foods, Sigma Alimentos, Mattel, ICON Health & Fitness, ACCO Brands, and Brunswick.
Mr. Stirlen holds a B.A. in Economics, with minors in English Composition and Business Management, from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA in Analytical Finance and Management & Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
