Mr. Cirulli is a Director in Houlihan Lokey's Corporate Finance business. He has advised numerous European companies, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, on complex and high-profile M&A, capital markets, and debt restructuring transactions. He is based in the firm's Milan office.

Previously, Mr. Cirulli was a Director at Leonardo & Co., which entered into a joint venture with Houlihan Lokey in Italy and now operates under the Houlihan Lokey brand. Prior to Leonardo & Co., he was an Analyst on the advisory team of Vitale & Associati.

Mr. Cirulli’s prior transaction experience includes advising Abertis on the €1.7 billion acquisition of A4 Holding in Italy; Antin Infrastructure, Borletti, and ICAMAP on the €1 billion acquisition of Grandi Stazioni Retail; Tirreno Power on its €1.0 billion debt restructuring and new financing; Astorg Partners on the €0.5 billion acquisition of Megadyne from the Tadolini family and other minority shareholders; Engie on the €1 billion disposal of G6 Rete Gas to a consortium of F2i and AXA Private Equity; Engie on the split of its Italian joint ventures with Acea; and F2i on the €1.5 billion acquisition of the natural gas distribution business of Enel.

Mr. Cirulli holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
