Daniel Felden

Vice President

Mr. Felden is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, specializing in M&A tax services. He focuses primarily on buyside and sellside tax consulting services for transactions involving private equity and corporations. Mr. Felden has more than a decade of experience, specializing in accounting for income taxes, income tax financial reporting, and income tax compliance. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Felden advises clients on tax matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings in order to mitigate transaction risk and enhance opportunities. He focuses substantially on tax structuring and modeling as well as the quantification of after-tax cash flows generated by various transaction structures.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Felden was a Tax Manager for Delaware Life Insurance Company, where he was responsible for income tax reporting through tax provision calculations as well as overseeing the tax compliance process. Before that, he was a Tax Manager at KPMG.

Mr. Felden holds a B.S. of Accounting from Miami University (Ohio). He is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
