Edward Ribaudo

Managing Director

Mr. Ribaudo is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, focusing on working with clients to structure and syndicate debt transactions for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and general corporate purposes. He has nearly three decades of banking experience across originations, structuring, loan distribution, secondary trading, and capital markets. Mr. Ribaudo is based in the firm's New York office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ribaudo was a senior member of the Capital Markets team at GE Capital. During his 12-year tenure there, he was instrumental in broadening GE Capital’s loan distribution effort, launching secondary trading and the loan syndicate/capital markets functions within the Loan Sales & Trading platform.

Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Ribaudo was a Director at Scotia Capital on its Corporate Finance & Distribution team, and prior to that, he spent eight years in middle-market loan originations at European American Bank and Key Bank, where he earned the title of Vice President. Mr. Ribaudo began his corporate lending career at Bank of America.

Mr. Ribaudo holds a B.S. in Finance from Siena College.
