Mr. Palermo is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group. Over his career, he advised clients in M&A transactions, mainly across the technology and industrials sectors. Mr. Palermo is based in the firm’s Milan office.
Previously, Mr. Palermo was an Associate at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Earlier, he was a Manager at PwC Corporate Finance, and before that, he worked at Deloitte, in Milan. In 2018, Mr. Palermo completed an Executive Program in Finance from London School of Business and Finance.
Mr. Palermo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Università Cattolica.
