Mr. Kobayashi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has advised on a wide range of transactions, including LBOs, MBOs, tender offers, third-party allotments, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. Kobayashi is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kobayashi was a loan officer at SBI Shinsei Bank and The Shizuoka Bank, where he engaged in many transactions involving M&A financing, cross-border loans, and SME financing.
Mr. Kobayashi holds a B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.
