Ms. Sergueeva is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. She has more than a decade of investment banking experience focused on helping technology-enabled and professional services companies with sellside, buyside, and capital-raising transactions. Ms. Sergueeva is based in the firm’s Miami office.
Previously, Ms. Sergueeva was a Managing Director at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023.
Ms. Sergueeva holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.A. in Education from Ulyanovsk State University.
