Mr. Lytton is a Vice
President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His experience includes
working on sellside and buyside M&A advisory engagements, and working with
the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general
corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital,
restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Lytton is based in the firm’s New York
office.
Before joining
Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lytton worked at a boutique investment bank, where he
provided M&A advice to middle-market industrial companies. He also has
experience as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provided
strategic and financial analysis to commercial and government clients.
Mr. Lytton holds a
B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Yale
University.
