Michael Siano


Mr. Siano is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group and one of the leaders of its Healthcare IT (HCIT) practice. Over the past decade, he has worked primarily with healthcare services companies, where he has led a range of assignments, including strategic advisory, buyside and sellside M&A, divestitures, and financing transactions. Mr. Siano is based in the firm’s New York office.

During his career, Mr. Siano has completed more than 40 transactions in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he completed transactions with notable healthcare companies including MedAssets, Inc.; CECity LLC; Evolent Health, Inc.; Teladoc, Inc.; NetSmart, LLC; Change Healthcare, Inc.; Altegra Health, Inc.; Allscripts Healthcare Solutions; Cotiviti Holdings, Inc.; TriZetto Group; Quintiles IMS Holdings, Inc.; M*Modal; MedQuist; Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company; Cardinal Health, Inc.; McKesson Corp.; Express Scripts Holding Co.; Butler Animal Health; Duane Reade; ABB Optical; One Call Care Management; eviCore Healthcare; HealthSun; Performance Health; Patterson Medical; Rural/Metro, Inc.; Envision Health Holdings, Inc.; U.S. Renal Care LLC; Bayer AG; Teva Pharmaceutical Industries; CPEX Pharmaceuticals; Catalent, Inc.; PCI Pharma Services, Inc.; Therakos, Inc.; and Physio-Control, Inc. 

Previously, Mr. Siano was a Director in the Healthcare Group at Deutsche Bank, where he provided M&A and capital-raising investment banking services to healthcare services companies. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to RBC, Mr. Siano was at Oak Hill Capital Partners, where he focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Mr. Siano started his career in 2002 at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Mr. Siano holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
