Mr. Wadhwani is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice. For more than a decade, he has advised companies within the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on healthcare services companies. Mr. Wadhwani has prepared valuations and provided financial advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, strategic investments, and corporate tax planning, as well as for regulatory compliance purposes. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Wadhwani focuses on a range of sectors within the healthcare services industry, including for-profit and nonprofit health systems in addition to ancillary health services providers, physician organizations, and health plans.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wadhwani was a Manager in EY’s Valuation & Business Modeling practice, where he executed and managed valuation engagements for public and private company clients for tax restructuring, ASC 805 purchase price allocation, ASC 350 goodwill impairment testing, and corporate M&A planning purposes. Prior to EY, he worked for Duff & Phelps, valuing intangible assets such as customer relationships, trade names, technology, and assembled workforce for financial reporting purposes.
Mr. Wadhwani holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) of the CFA Institute.
