Mr. Talukdar is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group, focusing on consumer health and wellness. He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience and has worked on a variety of engagements, including sellside and buyside M&A transactions and other corporate finance assignments. Mr. Talukdar is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Talukdar has extensive experience advising high-growth consumer brands, including Pharmavite’s acquisition of Bonafide, the sales of Qunol to Sanofi, LifeStyles to Linden Capital Partners, Arcadia Consumer Healthcare to Bansk Group, Nuun to Nestlé Health Science, SmartyPants to Unilever, Duke Cannon Supply Co. to Main Post Partners, and Thinkbaby and Thinksport to Topix Pharmaceuticals, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Talukdar was an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer & Retail Group at Canaccord Genuity and an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer M&A Group at Sawaya Segalas & Co. in New York.
Mr. Talukdar holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
