Mr. Graham is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Services business. He has more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, with an emphasis on the valuation and analysis of business entities, securities, and various intangible assets. Mr. Graham has advised public and private companies (both domestic and international), boards of directors, business owners, and investors on valuations, feasibility studies, return on investment analyses, and transaction matters. He has a broad range of experience in financial consulting, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganization, restructuring, tax planning, and strategic and financial planning analyses. Mr. Graham is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Graham was a Senior Manager in the Atlanta office of KPMG LLP, where he focused primarily on valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes. During his time at KPMG, he spent three years on rotation in the Corporate Finance practice of KPMG’s Amsterdam office, where he advised multinational clients on transaction matters, participated on several pan-European best practices teams, and led the development of the valuation practice’s audit support function for key Dutch clients.

Mr. Graham has conducted valuations and performed financial consulting across a range of industry sectors, including business services, chemical products, consumer goods, fintech, food & beverage, hospitality, industrial/manufacturing, technology/software, and transportation & logistics.

Mr. Graham holds a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. He has been designated by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuations.
