Rob Wedinger

Vice President

Mr. Wedinger is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice and part of the Lender Services team. He focuses on credit advisory and due diligence for clients originating, upsizing, or monitoring debt positions. Mr. Weinger is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Mr. Wedinger’s capital advisory experience includes senior and junior capital originations as well as equity investments. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he was a Vice President at AEA Investors, where he originated and structured senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity co-investments. While at AEA, Mr. Wedinger covered a broad spectrum of industries for both sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.

Prior to AEA, Mr. Wedinger was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Corporate Client Banking divisions of J.P. Morgan, where he assisted in the structuring of both cash flow and asset-based leveraged transactions. He also previously served as an Audit Associate at KPMG, where he completed the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Wedinger holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting and an M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University.
