Mr. Singh is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services practice. He assists in valuation and consulting assignments related to real and personal property across the firm. Mr. Singh is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Singh worked as a Financial Analyst with Inland Real Estate Group, Inc., in Chicago as part of their Multifamily Asset Management team. At Inland, he focused on providing analytical and asset management support for a multifamily and student housing real estate portfolio with a market value of more than $2 billion.
Mr. Singh holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting from DePaul University.
