Mr.
Woolton is
Head of Corporate Development at Houlihan Lokey. He has
over two
decades of
corporate finance and investment experience and is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr.
Woolton
was Chief Operating Officer for Quayle Munro prior to its acquisition by
Houlihan Lokey in 2018. He joined Quayle Munro in 2007 and was responsible
for the financial and operational activities of the firm, including
regulatory oversight,
as well as the management and
coordination of Quayle
Munro’s
investment
portfolio.
Previously,
Mr. Woolton was
a founder shareholder and Director at New Boathouse Capital,
acquired
by Quayle Munro in 2007,
and
also
held
roles at S.G. Warburg & Co
(now UBS).
In
addition, Mr. Woolton is a Governor
of Tonbridge
School and Chair
of
its Finance Committee
and is a Liveryman of
Skinners Company and
Member of
its Investment Committee.
Mr.
Woolton
holds an MA in
Economics and Modern History
from St Andrews
University.
