Susan Roddy


Ms. Roddy is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group, focusing on Consumer Health, Beauty, and Personal Care. She has over 15 years of M&A experience in Consumer Products, with a particular emphasis on Health & Wellness themes across sectors. She is based in the firm's New York office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Roddy worked in Corporate Strategy & Development at PepsiCo, where she led deal execution in Eastern and Western Europe. Her transactions there included PepsiCo’s 75% acquisition of Lebedyansky (Russia’s largest branded juice company) for $1.4 billion; PepsiCo’s acquisition of Naked Juice from North Castle Partners; PepsiCo’s divestiture of its U.K. RTE Cereal business; PepsiCo’s acquisition of Punica branded juice from J.W. Childs in Germany; PepsiCo’s acquisition of Pete & Johnny’s (No. 2 fruit smoothie in the U.K.); and PepsiCo’s $750 million buyout of General Mills’ stake in Snack Ventures Europe.

Ms. Roddy previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Global Consumer Group and in Ernst & Young’s Assurance and Advisory Practice.

Ms. Roddy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bucknell University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
