Mr. Seward is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group and has worked on a wide range of restructuring advisory assignments across Europe and emerging markets. He is based in Hong Kong and has also worked in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Seward’s advisory experience includes Agrokor, Biffa Group, BorsodChem, Consolis, Edcon, Enquest, H.C. Starck, Ideal Standard, Ineos, KCA Deutag, Norske Skogindustrier, Novasep, Orco Property Group, PA Resources, Sea Trucks, TiZir, and Travelodge, among others.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Seward worked for four years in Lehman Brothers’ Global Chemicals team based in New York. Earlier, he worked for JPMorgan Chase and Greenhill & Co. in London and New York, where he specialized in debt restructuring and M&A.
Mr. Seward holds an M.A. in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
