Mr. Villamagna is a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Some of Mr. Villamagna’s notable engagements include the fresh-start accounting valuation support for a $1.9 billion U.S. retail portfolio; the valuation of more than 50 cold storage properties for a major logistics company as part of numerous purchase price allocations; and the valuations of various single-family rental portfolios exceeding 6,000 units across the country.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Villamagna was a Manager at KPMG in the Real Estate Valuation group within the Economic and Valuation Services practice. At KPMG, he specialized in the valuation of all major property types for REITs and institutional real estate investors. Mr. Villamagna’s experience also includes purchase price allocation work for various asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, and industrial. Some of his notable engagements include the valuation of a $1.2 billion student housing portfolio and an $800 million luxury hotel as well as purchase price allocations for a $950 million industrial portfolio and an $850 million multifamily portfolio.
Mr. Villamagna holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from Monmouth University.
