This transaction significantly enhances our Corporate Finance capabilities in France, adding dedicated bankers to our global sector teams across Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrials, while further strengthening our Technology coverage team. It also represents a major expansion of our French Capital Solutions practice.
With the addition of more than 50 new team members, our French presence now totals approximately 80 professionals. Across EMEA, Houlihan Lokey now comprises approximately 550 financial professionals, reflecting its continued commitment to growth and outstanding client service in the region.
