Led by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Council, Houlihan Lokey’s DE&I program seeks to enhance and foster policies and procedures to promote career growth, provide enriching opportunities for a diverse workforce, cultivate a strong sense of
community at the firm, and more. Sample initiatives include ongoing education and training via guest speakers and workshops, internal round table discussions, and events in celebration of diversity throughout the year.
We are always focused on growing our diverse workforce through our recruitment efforts, internships, community outreach, and other special events. Our partnerships with organizations such as INROADS, Opportunity Network, Thrive, and SEO serve as examples
of our commitment to creating opportunities for future generations regardless of background.
We also recognize that it is our responsibility not only to take action ourselves to create a more diverse organization, but also to inspire others to do the same. To this end, Houlihan Lokey is a signatory to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™
