(NYSE:HLI), the global investment bank, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of the Company offered by ORIX HLHZ Holding LLC (ORIX) at a public offering price of $45.80 per share. The offering is expected to close on May 30, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company is not offering any shares of Class A common stock in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of Class A common stock by ORIX.
