Growth is not only driven by acquisition—the firm is a ”serial hirer, always in the market for talent, regardless of market conditions.” The expansion is not yet over: ”We believe there is a tremendous amount of incremental opportunity to grow,” commented Mr. Adelson. ”It is a global aspiration, and we are constantly growing in the U.S., in Europe, and increasingly in South America and Asia as well.”
