IFR has announced the winners of its 2025 awards, with Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group winning “Restructuring Adviser“ and “EMEA Restructuring Adviser“ for the second consecutive year.
The recognition is further highlighted by the firm’s advisory role in two major transactions celebrated at the IFR Awards: Altice France’s €24 billion restructuring, awarded as “EMEA Restructuring Deal of the Year,“ and Kaisa Group Holdings’ US$12.3 billion restructuring, named “Asia-Pacific Restructuring Deal of the Year.“
IFR cited Houlihan Lokey’s international approach, saying it “came to the fore in 2025” as the firm “led the way” in advising on some of the most complex restructuring challenges globally.
