Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful placement of a $75 million senior secured credit facility, consisting of a term loan and delayed draw term loan, for 7RIDGE Limited (7RIDGE), an independent private equity firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Proceeds from the transaction were used to refinance the existing general partners’ (GP) credit facility and provide incremental debt capital to fund GP co-investment commitments. The transaction closed on July 7, 2025.

The 7RIDGE financing highlights Houlihan Lokey’s ability to run a competitive financing process on a highly expedited timeline, which maximized closing proceeds and delivered a 24-month delayed draw component, providing flexibility to support ongoing fund investments as the sponsor continues to grow. The facility was structured as a senior secured credit facility secured by the sponsor’s accrued carried interest, existing co-investments, and management fees across its funds.
