Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Amtech Software (Amtech), an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, has been acquired by Vista Equity Partners (Vista). This transaction closed on June 30, 2025.

Today, Amtech supports more than 600 customers worldwide, powering the systems behind billions of boxes and labels produced each year.
