Houlihan Lokey acted as the financial advisor to an ad hoc group of Avon Products, Inc., noteholders. The role included, among other things, the structuring and pricing of a tender offer and consent solicitation in July 2023, which resulted in noteholders exiting their positions at a significant premium to market value.
