This deal represents another successful transaction for Houlihan Lokey in the food and consumer products contract manufacturing industry, furthering its significant market-leading position as an advisor to top-tier companies in the space. Further, the transaction represents an exciting evolution for the TruFood platform, which Houlihan Lokey advised on the sale to Mubadala Capital in October 2022.
