Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Bryan, Garnier & Co. (Bryan Garnier) has agreed to be acquired by Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE:SF) (Stifel). This milestone transaction expands Stifel’s European advisory footprint in healthcare and technology verticals.

Through this transaction, Stifel takes the next logical step in evolving its European operating model by adding further capabilities to two of its largest investment banking verticals: healthcare and technology. For Bryan Garnier, this partnership will expand its global reach and allow the company to generate significant cross-border growth opportunities in the U.S. for its European clients.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of various U.S. and European regulatory approvals.
