Houlihan Lokey Advises Careerminds

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful placement of a senior secured credit facility for Talent Worldwide, Inc. (Careerminds), a portfolio company of BV Investment Partners (BV). The financing consisted of a revolver, senior secured term loan, and delayed draw term loan (DDTL), and proceeds were used to fund the acquisition of Keystone Partners (Keystone), refinance existing indebtedness, and provide dry powder for add-on acquisitions. The transaction closed on January 16, 2026.
