Houlihan Lokey Advises Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l. (Castik) have acquired paraDIGMA group (paraDIGMA), a differentiated occupational health provider in the Netherlands. The transaction was completed on 16 July 2024.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, paraDIGMA is a leading occupational health provider in the field of sustainable employability. With currently c.1,000 employees across nine offices and more than 80 locations, paraDIGMA covers customers’ occupational health needs nationwide. The company offers an extensive portfolio of complementary preventive, curative, and re-integrative services through its nine specialised labels. In recent years, the largest label, de Arbodienst, has successfully transitioned to an innovative subscription model, which aligns interests best between customers and the company. paraDIGMA was founded in 2003 by Rudo Vissers, who remains a shareholder, together with the company’s management.

Founded in 2014, Castik is a private equity firm focused on making investments in high-quality and growing businesses that are headquartered in Europe and led by strong management teams and founders. Investments are made by the Luxembourg-based fund, EPIC II, the second fund managed by Castik, which had its final fund close of €1.25 billion in October 2020.
