Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the completion of Destia’s capital reorganisation, which brings Bpifrance, Three Hills, Turenne Santé, and VYV into the shareholder base to support the group’s next phase of growth in France and across Europe. The transaction also includes the reinvestment of Destia’s long-standing shareholders, led by Siparex, its majority shareholder since 2021. The transaction closed on 23 June 2026.
Founded in 2006 by Xavier Mura, Destia is now the French leader in home care services for seniors and people with disabilities. The group relies on a network of 180 branches in France and across Europe and offers a comprehensive range of services designed to promote independence and wellbeing at home.
Beyond its core business, Destia offers inclusive housing solutions, has developed a training programme dedicated to home care professions, and became an Entreprise à Mission in 2023, thereby reaffirming its commitment to its clients, its teams, and the sector.
Since Siparex ETI joined Destia in 2021, Destia has experienced a significant expansion. Its revenue has grown from €100 million to more than €250 million by 2025, driven by sustained organic growth and more than 40 acquisitions that have enabled the group to establish a presence in Spain, Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland.
Bpifrance finances companies at every stage of development through loans, guarantees, and equity investments. It also supports innovation, international expansion, and exports, alongside consulting, academic partnerships, networking, and acceleration programs for startups, SMEs, and midsized companies.
Turenne Santé is the healthcare investment arm of Turenne Groupe, France’s leading independent small-cap private equity firm. For 25 years, the group has supported entrepreneurs in innovation, growth, and business succession projects. With over €2 billion in assets under management and more than 300 portfolio companies, it operates through dedicated sector teams and complementary expertise in debt and enhanced CSR funds.
Three Hills is an investment firm managing approximately €3.3 billion in assets. It provides tailored financing solutions to middle-market companies in Europe and North America through flexible equity, preferred equity, and debt strategies. Its support has helped portfolio companies complete more than 60 acquisitions and enter over 70 new geographic markets.
Founded in 2017, VYV Group is a mutual insurance group created through the merger of several mutual insurers and social and solidarity economy organisations. It operates across insurance and retirement, healthcare and support services, and housing. With 49,000 employees and 10,000 local elected officials and activists, it covers 10.3 million people, supports 6 million service users, and provides housing for nearly 400,000 people.
