Houlihan Lokey Advises Get Air

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Get Air Management, Inc. (Get Air), the largest owner-operator of trampoline parks in the U.S., has successfully acquired membership interests from select minority investors in several parks in its portfolio.

Founded in 2010, Get Air pioneered the trampoline park category and has established an expansive portfolio of locations across the nation, with more than 70 parks in operation today. Each trampoline park offers a high-energy atmosphere with fun and exciting sets of activities and layouts—including basketball courts, dodgeball, play structures, and more—that attract nearly 5 million visitors per year. Get Air has a unique platform that is fully integrated with in-house capabilities to construct, manage, and operate trampoline parks. The company is headquartered in Ogden, Utah.

This transaction allows Get Air’s founders to better consolidate ownership across the portfolio and positions the company for continued growth with a focus on significant expansion and new location development.
