Houlihan Lokey Advises Gleacher Shacklock

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Gleacher Shacklock LLP has agreed to be acquired by Perella Weinberg Partners (Perella Weinberg) (NASDAQ:PWP). The transaction is targeted to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
