(trading as Healthxchange), the leading medical aesthetics distributor in the U.K. and Ireland, has entered into a partnership with Growth Partner, alongside the existing shareholders. Jack Curran will continue to lead the company as CEO. The transaction closed on 27 August 2026.
Founded in Guernsey in 2000 by Dr. John Curran, Healthxchange has evolved from a local pharmacy into the premier, clinician-founded, and family-led strategic partner for the U.K. and Ireland’s medical aesthetics market.
With deep expertise in providing a comprehensive portfolio of leading brands across injectables, skincare, and devices, Healthxchange has built a highly differentiated, end-to-end platform. This combines a scaled logistics network with market-leading service and support, best-in-class education, and digital solutions that enable partner clinics to thrive.
Healthxchange supports a loyal and fragmented customer base of more than 11,000 clinics, leveraging its 25-year clinical heritage and reputation for excellence to serve as an indispensable partner to both its clients and global blue-chip suppliers.
Growth Partner is an investment firm dedicated to unlocking the potential of founder-backed businesses. Backing exceptional entrepreneurs with the vision, grit, and drive to go further. Backed by Sir Richard Harpin, one of the U.K.’s most successful entrepreneurs, the firm brings real-world experience and strategic insight to help unlock the next stage of growth. The Growth Partner portfolio today includes 15 successful businesses, supported by a team based in offices in London and Manchester.
