Houlihan Lokey Advises H&MV Engineering

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that H&MV Engineering (H&MV), a portfolio company of Exponent, has arranged a new senior secured debt financing package, comprising a term loan, a committed acquisition/capex facility, alongside an upsized super senior revolving and bonding facility, in connection with a continuation vehicle transaction to extend Exponent’s investment in the company. Houlihan Lokey acted as the exclusive financing advisor to the company.

Headquartered in Limerick, Ireland, H&MV is a global specialist in high-voltage electrical engineering, providing design, engineering, and construction services for data centres, battery energy storage systems, renewable energy, and utility infrastructure. Established in 1997, the company has almost 30 years of experience and employs over 1,900 people worldwide. It operates across multiple continents, delivering complex projects with a strong focus on innovative, sustainable engineering solutions.
