Houlihan Lokey Advises MidEuropa

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that LX Vistula (Hortex), a portfolio company of MidEuropa, has completed a refinancing of its existing debt facilities and raised growth financing and working capital lines. The transaction closed on 7 August 2025.

Based in Poland, Hortex is one of the leading manufacturers of branded and private-label frozen food and beverage products in the CEE region. The company mainly operates in Poland but has a strong footprint across Central Europe, with market-leading positions in key Baltic countries and a strong presence in local discounters, supermarkets, and small formats, including areas with sizeable Polish communities.
