Houlihan Lokey Advises MidEuropa

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that LX Vistula (Hortex), a portfolio company of MidEuropa, has completed an amendment of its existing debt facilities. The transaction closed on 14 December 2023.

Based in Poland, Hortex is one of the leading manufacturers of branded and private-label frozen food and beverage products in the region. The company mainly operates in Poland but has a strong footprint across Central Europe, with market-leading positions in key Baltic countries and a strong presence in local discounters, supermarkets, and small formats, including areas with sizeable Polish communities.
