Houlihan Lokey Advises 3i Infrastructure

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce 3i Infrastructure plc and DWS’s infrastructure investment business (together the consortium) have acquired Attero—one of the largest waste treatment and disposal companies in the Netherlands—from Waterland Private Equity Investments, an international private equity fund with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, U.K., Denmark and Poland.
